Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlowScore at klaviyoscore.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. FlowScore is operated by Signify Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FlowScore is a Klaviyo email audit tool. It connects to your Klaviyo account via read-only OAuth, analyzes your email flows, campaigns, and list health, and generates a scored report with recommendations. We do not send, modify, or delete any data in your Klaviyo account. Audit scores are based on general email marketing best practices and are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity you represent to these terms. By using FlowScore, you represent that you meet these requirements. FlowScore is intended for business use only and is not a consumer product.

4. Your Account

You must create an account to use FlowScore. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. If you discover unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at hello@signifystudio.com.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

FlowScore offers a free tier and paid plans billed monthly. Current pricing:

• Free — limited audits per month, no download
• Pro — $49/month — unlimited audits, PDF report, all features
• Agency — $99/month — multiple client accounts, agency reporting

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.

6. Free Tier Limits

Free accounts are subject to usage limits including a maximum number of audits per calendar month. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent usage limits (e.g., by creating multiple accounts) is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FlowScore for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the service or its underlying systems
• Use the service to harm, defraud, or deceive others
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from FlowScore using automated means
• Resell or sublicense access to FlowScore without written permission
• Use FlowScore to build a competing product or service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

8. Klaviyo Connection

By connecting your Klaviyo account, you authorize FlowScore to access your Klaviyo data with read-only permissions via Klaviyo's official OAuth API. You represent that you have the right to authorize this connection. You may revoke this access at any time from your Klaviyo account or from your FlowScore dashboard settings.

9. Accuracy of Audit Results

Audit scores and recommendations are generated based on general email marketing best practices and the data available in your Klaviyo account. Results are informational only. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will increase revenue, improve deliverability, or achieve any other specific outcome. Scores may not reflect factors we cannot access, such as email content quality, brand positioning, or industry-specific benchmarks.

10. Intellectual Property

FlowScore, including its scoring methodology, software, design, and content, is owned by Signify Studio LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own business purposes during your subscription. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of FlowScore.

You retain ownership of all data you bring to FlowScore, including your Klaviyo account data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowScore is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using it.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signify Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use FlowScore, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FlowScore after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
