What exactly does FlowScore audit?
Your FlowScore covers four dimensions inside Klaviyo: Flow Coverage, Flow Quality, Campaign Consistency, and List Health — each scored out of 25, for a total out of 100. On Starter and above, we also check SPF and DMARC on your sending domain: the infrastructure layer that lives outside Klaviyo entirely, which is why Klaviyo's own audit tools can't see it.
How is this different from Klaviyo's own "Audit Your Flows" tool?
Klaviyo's native audit looks inside your account and tells you which flows are missing or under-built — useful, and free. FlowScore does that too, but it also monitors your account on a schedule and checks the DNS-level deliverability setup Klaviyo has no visibility into. A flow can look perfect and still never reach the inbox; that's the gap Klaviyo's tool can't close and ours exists for.
Is my Klaviyo data safe?
We connect via Klaviyo's official OAuth 2.0 with read-only scopes. We never write to your Klaviyo account and never store email content — only aggregate scores and flow metadata needed to generate your audit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You retain access through the end of your billing period and revert to Free after that — no data is deleted.
Why does the free plan only include 1 audit?
Your first audit is free so you can see exactly where you stand, no card, no catch. To re-run your score and track it over time, upgrade to Starter or above.
What counts as a 'flow' in the coverage score?
We check for the four revenue-critical flows: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back. Missing any of these is the most common source of preventable email revenue loss.
