What exactly does FlowScore audit?
We audit four dimensions: Flow Coverage (which essential flows you have), Flow Quality (how well those flows are configured), Campaign Consistency (cadence and recency of your sends), and List Health (suppression rate). Each is scored out of 25 for a total out of 100.
Is my Klaviyo data safe?
We connect via Klaviyo's official OAuth 2.0 with read-only scopes. We never write to your Klaviyo account and never store email content — only aggregate scores and flow metadata needed to generate your audit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You retain access through the end of your billing period and revert to Free after that — no data is deleted.
Why is the free plan unlimited audits?
We removed audit limits entirely. The free plan shows your score. Pro shows you the full breakdown, exact revenue numbers, and the playbook to fix it. Gate on value, not volume.
What counts as a 'flow' in the coverage score?
We check for the four revenue-critical flows: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back. Missing any of these is the most common source of preventable email revenue loss.
